Great location close to the train station and ferry port

Single beds very uncomfortable and not a suitable size for adults. Mould on the bathroom ceiling

Size of the property and location was great. With everything you could need and was very clean. The double bed was super comfy and big.

The two signal beds were really not suitable for 2 adults to stay in. They were far too small for fully grown adults to stay in, not acceptable at all. Plus the whole bathroom got soaked when showering because the shower curtain wasn’t big enough. Please buy a larger shower curtain and single beds.

The location was great. There were some issues with the property when we arrived which we reported & they were dealt with promptly the following day which we were very appreciative of. The location was good for travellers without a car, like us - close to the train station, within walking distance of the lake & a few cafes. It was difficult for us to drop the keys back as the office is a reasonably long walk uphill if you don’t have a car but the office was happy to arrange another alternative.

We are non smokers & the unit smelled strongly of cigarette smoke throughout our stay although the office did all they could to try & rectify the problem. We are non smokers. The bed mattress or base in the main bedroom felt as if it was well worn or broken on the right sleeping side - as if it had dropped below the rest of the bed. The after hours phone number was not reachable after office hours.

Location was good , apartment was spacious and clean .

Wasn’t as homely as other properties we have stayed in ..
