The place had a enough space we thought in the beginning for a group during CosmoProf

That place turned out to be a disaster - the wifi was not working, we called and them and they didn’t fix it. We needed to work and wifi was mandatory for us - when we used the stove to boil water there was a short circuit in the house, hence no coffee in the morning - again we called them and nobody fixed it - the shower was almost cloaked - the water enemy down so slow that the bathroom was flooded after each shower - the worst at night strangers knocked the door heavily and demanded entrance - they where drunk but it seemed the house entrance isn’t safe if strangers can get in that easily - it was scary Overall that place is overpriced - they just want to cash in money during CosmoProf but zero service

Very well-located flat, close to everything. We had a deleted flat, and the person waited for us to give us the key after midnight, she was super nice and kind. The flat was super clean, comfortable, and with lots of space.

It was spacious and clean. Had a washing machine and mostly everything we needed.

The host who gave us our key was very short with me even when I kept her appraised on our train delay. By the time my husband made it up to the apartment she rattled off everything quickly and left. Less than 2 minutes and not welcoming in the least. I understand she has appointments, but we definitely felt like an inconvenience.The location was terrible! The noise from the bars, neighbors, student protests below made it impossible to rest or enjoy. Even with the windows shut it was so noisy. The beds were really uncomfortable on top of the noise. The decor was all nude artwork, so if you are staying with kids it's not for you. The stairwells were pitch black which made it dangerous coming up at night after rain with the slick marble floor. When people forgot to close the elevator doors and we couldn't use it we had to take the dark stairway. The front porch is on a timer so when you come back it's dark. Ultimately it didn't feel like a safe neighborhood being hassled by homeless and having to close the windows because police set off tear gas. The cafe below was super rude even when we tried to speak some Italian and weren't tourist friendly. Once we got away from our apartment area most improved, but I definitely wouldn't recommend or stay again.

Very big and spacious apartments.

Black Widow apartment - Shower head missing in one bathroom so could not use this for showers. Other shower had to hang it out of the window handle as no holder for shower. Very bad sewer smell from bathrooms in Blue Velvet apartment.

Size was decent.

A/C was a joke!!! It never cooled the apartment, when complained about it, someone stopped by but didn't really make a difference. Uncomfortable beds. Trash (receipts and empty bottles left on the floor from previous guests) on the floor, crumbs on the dinner table from previous guests. Over all dirty!! All the outside noises are heard till wee hours of the morning. Good luck getting any sleep!
