"very good but would prefer a hotel, hated the rigmarole of getting the key and taking it back"

the property was brand new so everything was perfect, despite manuals lights, stove, washing machine, skylight, were all difficult. location was excellent.

the whole checking in process was a nightmare. Finding another address, 4 buzzer presses, pitch black alcove, lock boxes, password. couldn’t find how to get out. needed more toilet rolls
