"Good room good location"

Nice room and good location. The area felt safe

The lockbox was on a building on another corner. Host sent a video of where it was but we still had trouble finding it.

I expected to have booked a hotel. Without an Italian SIM card it was impossible to communicate. The instructions to find the key lockbox were very strange. Without the help of a local resident it would have been impossible to gain access. We wasted hours of valuable vacation time. It was very stressful until we finally were able to enter.
