Close to the train station ( 8 min walk ) so ideal for my needs. Good value when compared to Taormina prices. Clean. Close to a few good restaurants and a wonderfully humble sunset bar.

This is a modern clean minimalist holiday apartment so no charm but otherwise perfect.

Have a terrace with good view!

I hate to give a bad review as I know Covid has hit tourism hard but this apartment was over priced and the directions were terrible. Never in my life have I had to drag my suitcase across a stream via a plank of wood to get to my hotel room! The host was very welcoming on WhatsApp asking our arrival time so they could be there to help check us in but when we arrived we wandered around for 1/2 hour trying to find the lockbox with the key (it was across the stream!) The host did not come to help but did communicate with us on the phone to help find the apartment. Once we finally got into the room we found rubbish in the bin in the kitchen including a used condom, hair on the spare pillow in the cupboard, no hand soap in the bathroom dispenser, and no tea or coffee or jug/kettle either. There was also nothing to wash or dry pots and pans with and no lounge/sofa to sit on plus the shower had no water pressure. The host advised that the breakfast room was closed but we we could get breakfast from the shop across the street (a pastry and an Expresso coffee was all that was offered and there was no seating).To top it off the toilet would not flush properly and the cistern ran all night (the host said we could move to another room the next day but we were going out on a tour so it was not convenient), the problem was fixed by the time we came back late in the afternoon.

The apartment is close to restaurants on the main strip and has a fantastic rooftop seating area. Parking was available, albeit hard to get in and out.

Two bathrooms: one with a water heater that was not working and the other with hot water had a broken sprayer holder so we could not have a proper shower. The apartment, while across from the sea, is not facing it, instead is facing the train lines which were very frequent and very, very loud. View was of the train tracks. No seating area in the apartment, just a table in the kitchen. To get to the apartment, you literally have to cross a rocky stream of water that goes to the Sea, then navigate the alleyway which was very tight. This was true of driving or walking, so crossed the stream on wooden planks when we walked to restaurants. Private parking was available (which is great) but to turn into and out of the gate was so very tight, especially if cars were parked. It took me 20+ minutes to navigate out one morning when a car was too close to the gate. Any one of those things would have been ok (we're pretty flexible), but all added up to an experience we wouldn't recommend, especially at the higher price for the area.

Great location virtually on the beach. Breakfast was unexpected but a treat on a terrace looking out to sea. We were put in a fairly awful room on railway side of hotel - but were moved for the first three nights to the sea side: a huge game-changing difference which we appreciated! Overall a nice hotel but with a few touches could be made better. Taormina a nice doable 25 min walk up the hill

Breakfast was italian style (no eggs), mostly sweet. Very good. The sea vew and the location is excellent. The best was the service of Giuseppe during breakfast

Breakfast was very poor with just croissants and a few other sweet pastries. No jam, no butter, no milk, cheese, ham, bread... At least something.
