Ubytování se nachází v historickém domě nedaleko Piazza del Duomo v 1.patře. Náš pokoj byl krásný a čistý s nádhernými doplňky na pokoji. Měl balkónek na ulici. Pohodlná postel, dobré polštáře. Koupelna byla vybavená vším potřebným. Každý den byl pokoj uklizen. Byla zde možnost koupit si snídaně na místě, což jsme ocenili a využili. Jako pozornost jsme každé ráno dostávali typický sicilský domácí produkt v podobě nějakého druhu sladkého nebo slaného pečiva. Výrobky byly výtečné. Staraly se o nás dvě příjemné a stále usměvavé hostitelky Loredana a Sára, které nám daly i cestovní rady, mapy. Tyto mapy jsme využili a podnikli dvě cesty autobusem, a to do Syrakus, na ostrov Ortigia a do Taorminy. S Loredanou jsme byli v kontaktu na WhatsAppu. Ubytování poskytuje také letištní transfer. Tuto nabídku jsme využili pro cestu zpět. Náš pobyt jsme si opravdu užili a moc za vše děkujeme.

L’emplacement est parfait! Nous avions la chambre 2, spacieuse avec les portes fenêtres. La cabine de douche est vétuste. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et fait maison. Par contre pas beaucoup de choix en buffet salé. Hésitez pas à solliciter la patronne pour ses conseils pour vos visites car elle est de bons conseils et est guide. Oubliez pas de louer une petite voiture.

The host Loredana was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and provided an enormous amount of help from picking us up at the airport to accompanying us to our bus stop and ensuring we took the right bus. I can’t stress how kind she was. Her knowledge of Catania was immensely helpful in our stay. Sara at reception is a wonderful asset to the hotel.Both spoke excellent English which is not common. They are a great team. The location is only minutes from Piazza Dei Duomo. It could not be more central. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished and retained period features. The breakfast included home cooked Sicilian delicacies. A shuttle service is provided to and from the airport/ bus station at a reasonable fee. You feel that every detail is provided to make guest stays more enjoyable.

Die Lage war perfekt, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten (Altstadt) von Catania zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bad hingegen zweckmäßig. Loredana war sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps. Zusammen mit Alessandro bereitete sie mir einen besonderen Geburtstag. 🤩 Vielen Dank dafür (auch an Sarah).
