During the booking process, we were told that there is a 'reception' here - there isn't, it is an apartment block. We had conflicting messages about arrival time, we ended up getting a whatsapp message from Simone to make the arrangements. We informed him on the arrival day we would be there at 15:00, but were told to report for 15:30, as it was still been cleaned! Two days after our arrival, Booking.com sent us a message that our arrival time was agreed!!! There seems to be a lack of communication between Booking.com, and the apartment. The whole process was so strange, we actually thought at one point, in the appartment car park, that we had been the victims of a scam, and it was only after Simone turned up with the keys that we could relax!
