The location was very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped (although the sink was awkwardly located). The air conditioning in both rooms was very good. The apartment was comfortable and nicely decorated.

Dog owners beware! After we booked, we immediately received a message telling us it would cost 50-100 euros for a dog. I couldn’t find that stated anywhere on Booking, so I tried to cancel immediately after booking and it was refused. The company insisted that it was clearly stated, but I still can’t find the information anywhere. We were also made to (electronically) sign a contract. Furthermore, we kept getting daily messages telling us about the mandatory check-in due 24 hours prior to arrival, culminating in a threat (36 hours prior) that they would cancel our booking. When we arrived, we got more warnings about how much every item would cost us if damaged and they put a 300 euro hold on our credit card. This made us so paranoid, we ended up taking photos of everything which was already broken (eg ice tray!) in the apartment. There is an outdated sign stating that we get complimentary local wine, biscotti and homemade jam, but they only supplied biscotti and little store bought jams. The sink taps in both kitchen and bathroom require maintenance and the shower doesn’t switch properly between the two shower heads. There is mold in the bathroom. The instruction manual mentioned the need to separate garbage (or a penalty would be charged) and that they would provide the necessary bags but there were only black garbage bags available. All in all, our stay should have been much more pleasant than it was. I hope the company takes this feedback on board because the apartment really is pleasant, but the way they treat us is not.

A great little apartment in a great location. Very close to bus routes, and also walkable to the other side of the river. Shops and restaurants are close by. The apartment was well equipped in all rooms and we felt at home. The access was easy, and it felt very secure. It was a nice quiet area, apart from a little bit of traffic noise if the windows were open. I did contact the apartment team via WhatsApp and received a reply straight away. I really couldn't fault this accommodation at all. Verona was one of the best cities I've visited, and this was a perfect Base.

IT was nice apartment, close to everything. Easy to check in and check out with instructions. Near is a small market and bus stop. Easy to get the main sightseeing. There was everything you need in kitchen.

Sofa was a little bit hard it was a little bit uncomfortable to sleep and mattres was the same. But others things was good.

At first I was a little skeptical about the way to enter the building itself. The door is unlocked when you press the button that you get via the whatsapp link. But it worked and we used this method of entry to the building all the time. The apartment is excellently furnished. The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils, even an electric espresso machine. Lavazza coffee and milk in the fridge were also waiting for us in the drawer! In the kitchen there were cloths, detergent, washing machine and dishwasher including detergents! The apartment is very close to the center. Several times a day we walked to the center of Verona. Giusti Garden is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Every morning I walked to the nearby hill with the dog where Castel San Pietro stands with an extraordinary view of Verona. We parked the car in a nearby parking garage, a 5-minute walk away. Host was very responsive to all our questions.

Comfortable space, access very easy to the center and the castle. Very nice to stay more than 2 nights.
