casa abbastanza fresca, non ci sono problemi di disponibilità idrica.

siamo stati in due per una settimana. puzza di muffa costante e a giorni alterni forte odore di fogna in bagno. non è possibile fare due docce consecutive con acqua tiepida. il letto matrimoniale ha un materasso comodo e l'altro vecchio. 2 finestre con zanzariere 3 senza. spazio antistante la porta d'ingresso sporco, ragno con ragnatela sopra la testata del lettino. 60 euro per la pulizia finale...lenzuola e asciugamani in affitto a 20 euro cad. nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo negativo, noi abbiamo pagato 140 euro al dì con pacchetto di benvenuto contenente 1 rotolo di carta igienica 1 spugnetta per piatti e un mignon di detersivo per piatti, neanche la solita bottiglia d'acqua... viene inoltre millantata una spiaggia a 300 metri ma ci vogliono almeno 20 minuti di percorso impegnativo. potenzialmente luogo tranquillo se non avete la sfortuna di capitare con vicini rumorosi come è successo a noi. queste alcune delle foto reali...

Egy csendes kis faluban található a ház, nyugodt helyen. Az apartman szépen berendezett, a konyha jól felszerelt.

A házban nagyon meleg volt, nem aludtunk jól emiatt. A zuhanyzó elavult és nem is volt megfelelően kitakarítva a wc-vel együtt. Tisztítószer, szappan, mosószer nem volt, mindent meg kellet vennünk. Csak egy pici hely van kiülni a ház előtt, közvetlenül az út mellett. Parkolóhely nem áll rendelkezésre.

The apartment is very cozy and has a lovely design with plenty of interesting details. It has a spacious and nicely equipped kitchen, a separate entrance from the street, and a small patio where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's conveniently located very close to the bus stop and a restaurant. The closest beach can be reached only on foot as you have to follow a steep walking path down to the sea, and it took us about 20-25 minutes to get there. The roads in the village are mainly intended for vehicles/bicycles, and it's sometimes inconvenient to walk as there are no pavements. However, we managed to find walking paths amidst the plants :-) There was no detergent for the washing machine, consider that when packing for your stay. The village is lovely, the scenery is magnificent, we enjoyed our stay ♥

The apartment is located in a tiny village with no shops, so you need to go/ride to the neighboring villages to buy groceries or bring everything you might need with you.

It nice small village on the edge next to a sea, there is nice small stone beach close by, and there is a lot more if you go around with a car..

Its only 1 small shop close by, which dont have a lot of things inside, so its better to do "big" shopping in portoferraio and go just for small things in this shop..
