Please note that city tax will apply only for the first 7 nights and is applicable for all adults and children over 11 years old. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night applies. Please note that only dogs are allowed, all other pets are not allowed. A surcharge of 40€ applies for arrivals between 13:00 and 15:00. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of 40€ applies for departures between 10:00 and 12:00. All requests for late departure are subject to confirmation by the property. The property is located on the 2th and 3rd floor in a building with no elevator. Please note that the property is accessed via an ancient flight of steep stairs. Upon request and availability, it is possible to request a rearrangement of the apartment with a change of towels, at a cost of € 50.00 For any additional guests, compared to the booking, it is mandatory to notify the property the day before check-in, send the documents/passports and there is a supplement of €70.00 per day per person and the tourist tax. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID upon arrival during check-in hours: from Novembre to March: 15:00 - 18:00. Please note that self-check-in is at Mr Panino, 164 feet from the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
