When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night applies. Please note that only dogs are allowed, all other pets are not allowed. A surcharge of 40€ applies for arrivals between 13:00 and 15:00. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of 40€ applies for departures between 10:00 and 12:00. All requests for late departure are subject to confirmation by the property. The property is located on the 2th and 3rd floor in a building with no elevator. Please note that the property is accessed via an ancient flight of steep stairs. Upon request and availability, it is possible to request a rearrangement of the apartment with a change of towels, at a cost of € 70.00 For any additional guests, compared to the booking, it is mandatory to notify the property the day before check-in, send the documents/passports and there is a supplement of €70.00 per day per person and the tourist tax. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID upon arrival during check-in hours: from Novembre to March: 15:00 - 18:00. Please note that self-check-in is at Mr Panino, 50 metres from the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

All you need and so very close to the ferry station. We were in the off season and had problems getting around and the host helped us right out!

Francesca was an amazing host from start to finish. The suite was in the most perfect location, very easy to access and extremely central to all your lake como needs! The suite was absolutely stunning - very clean and the interior was beautifully done. It was a pleasure to stay at and we would highly recommend Francesca and hope to stay again in the future!

Completely clean and comfortable. Modern, updated and lovely. Right in the center of Bellagio and easy to walk to everything! Especially loved being able to walk right out to the ferry. Highly recommend the apartment.

Excellent position. Loved our gifts when we arrived, even had a good bottle of champagne, Thankyou!! Comfy bed. Lovely modern apartment.

Remove the rug under the kitchen table, the chair legs get caught in it and I tripped on the rug multiple times. The hanging light over the kitchen table is very nice but obstructs the view of the TV.

Located in a beautiful historic building, it was the perfect place to stay and visit the town!

There was a bit of a mold smell on the outside of the apartment, inside the building in the stairs, however inside the actual apartment it was fine.

Excelent location!!! steps away from main plaza a shopping area, decorated with love, a lot of little details like complimentary cookies and water, usbc charger wich was super useful, the comunication was excelent!! the only detail, wich is because of the city is that there are no views, but did have windows and a llittle balcony. I would definetly stay again.

"PERFECT STAY IN BELLAGIO LUXURY SUITES"

CLEAN, elegant, spacious! location is perfect in Bellagio. all restaurants, shopping and the ferry is only one minute walk. The host was amazing. I would stay here again and will recommend. It was definitely worth the price … stay here, you will love it! We stayed on the Queen Suites on top floor.

Location was great. Very comfortable and quiet inside. Clean, comfortable bed. Manager was extremely helpful and kind.

It was a little hard to figure out how to unload at first but that got resolved quickly.
