Perfect location. Lovely host.

One of the best places we stayed in Lucca. Amazing views. Great location. Clean and cool and very spacious. Wi-Fi worked well.

The steps up were not the easiest (seemingly typical of older buildings in the city). The outlets around the kitchen are oddly placed. The kettle didn’t seem to fit in the only socket available to me. No body soap/ shampoo, surprisingly.

The stairs were a surprise, many more of them and very steep.

Everything was fantastic including the host.

Location is good but that doesn’t help when you can’t stay in more than 1/4 of the apartment. Only one of the two air conditioners worked so the temperature was more than 30 degrees.

Unpleasant hostess who dismissed all our complaints. Very unprofessional. Avoid this place in summer!

The stairs are full on, but also expected so it was fine. It is not very baby-proof with all the stairs. We felt like it was quite expensive.

Valentina was welcoming and helpful, I appreciated her recommendations for restaurants in the area. The location was wonderful. There was also lots of good facilities in the apartment such as a juicer and coffee machine however no wine glasses!!

I felt that it could have been a little bit cleaner. The stairs to the property were a little steep and uneven, it wasn’t a problem for us but could be difficult for elderly or young guests so should be stated clearly in property description. Also the WiFi didn’t work at all.
