Modern studio in Borgo Panigale by Wonderful Italy

+ smart TV with Netflix and YT access + kettle, fridge and most of the kitchen utensils + bidet in the toilet + great train connection to city center and other towns + cafe on the other side of the road + dishwasher machine + kitchen paper towels + washing machine and clothes drying rack + iron, hair dryer + lots of storage space + AC

- no bread cutting knife (or any sharp knife to cut except for dish knives, which were not sharp) - no wooden/plastic board for cutting stuff in the kitchen - no sponge and dish washing liquid for hand washing - one trash bin and no additional trash bags despite segregation - not full soap dispenser, we run out at the end, had to buy our own - we also run out of toilet paper at the end - no shelves in the shower cabin

Spacious

It was quite a distance from the city. We arrived on a weekend so there were hardly any trains/ irregular so to get to the city and only found out upon arrival at the train station. Then, as a was either a taxi which would have costed a lot and couldn’t hail/ call any until we met some random people who shared info. The alternative was to get to the city via 2 buses. The neighbourhood looked a little shady in the night. The admin person never came but gave instructions on how to get the key but called so many times to remind to send the passport - I understand this is a policy but the link to the website wasn’t working properly upon multiple tries - each time I filled up, something went wrong and I had to start all over again. I had a busy day with meetings but I was continuously messaged/ called while being in calls. That was quite annoying for a problem that was not mine. It got only solved when I was provided with a fresh link for the stay tax payment and copy of passport sent via WhatsApp. It would have been helpful to have all the necessary information in one place than to have surprises and a working link/ web system.
