The property and the location was very good

The book in process and the pre arrival application that you are required to fill in to get the entry codes into the appartments is horrendous and wasted so much time. The software did not work and the host was very unhelpful and hostile about this being our problem and even threatened non entry without a refund. This process was the most stressful thing in the whole of our time travelling in northern Italy

Sehr sauber, hell , freundlich sehr gut und neu möbliert. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe , die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super! Mitten in der Altstadt, kurze Wege, Strand und Hafen gut erreichbar, Gastronomie und Geschäfte überall.

Leider konnte man nicht sehr gut bei offenem Fenster schlafen, da es sehr laut war. Alle Fenster gehen zu einer sehr schmalen Straße raus, wobei jedes Geräusch hoch schallt. Die morgendliche (fast täglich) Müllabfuhr weckte einen dann sehr früh am Morgen.

No AC in the bedrooms!

Exeptional location

There where so much additional requirement by the host in regards to facility and our indetifiaction but when we told him that glass wasn't clean they told us to put in washing mashine.

The apartment was clean, great wi fi, all cooking utensils etc that you would need. Very secure, 1 door from street ,1 door from hallway and upstairs 1 secure door to apartment.

The apt was situated in a small laneway used by people day and night. Even with shutters and windows closed the sound of people talking and walking through could be heard. ExThe attitude of staff to a issue with main door. Had to spend 1st night in a hotel because we were locked out due to a door issue. I was compensated for my inconvenience but I was shocked by the way the staff members addressed me that night and following morning. Glad my partner was with me to hear and witness everything. I will never use that company again.

Great location. Literally 5 mins walk to the lake & even less to bars & restaurants. Clean and spacious. Well equipped and decent sized bedrooms.

The lighting. It was surprisingly dark - especially in the kitchen area. Even with the shutters opened. There were additional lamps provided for light - needed in the bedrooms. But this wasn’t significant enough to negatively impact the holiday.

It was extremely cosy, homely, modern house, great location! Loads of explanations throughout the house.

The agency sends a very detailed contract, which makes sense to a certain degree. There’s a lot of rules especially regarding waste disposal that may result in extra costs if not done properly. I would just advise especially for tourists and paying such a high amount for cleaning included in the booking to be mindful with your tenants. Asking for an extra fee if the dishes have grease, asking to leave everything tidy and clean before the tenants leave the house or a fine if the waste is not disposed properly and recycling disposed of for tourists is a bit too much. We’re extremely organised but cleaning is already paid in the booking, and the waste situation is too much.

A cozy, clean apartment

Apartment really modern and clean, excellent location 1 min from restaurants and 1 min to Lake. Boats station near to take you to other resorts inc Garda. We had a fabulous stay in Desenzano and will definitely return!!
