was very convenient to a lot of locations. Also, they had a nice view from the second level, very clean and provided a good piece of mind overall.

Great central location for your Valle weekend. The property is beautiful, staff was so nice and responsive, and the views are incredible. The rooms are very nice with floor to ceiling windows that allow for lovely views of the mountains and the bed was so comfortable. Large bathroom with a walk in shower. All the amenities at a wonderful price point We would unwind every night at the hot tub which was such a great perk. 10/10 recommend.

Easy checking - although the hotel is still under construction. I would recommend you stay here. I can only imagine how great it will be once it is all done!

WHAT AN AMAZING TRIP. The property was under massive construction (additions) but everything was still absolutely gorgeous and like its own little paradise. We were greeted by a staff member who spoke perfect English, brought to our room (which opens with a simple code), and immediately fell in love with the place. It felt like a resort but more intimate. On the same street as the hotel, there are 8 wineries. We drove up and down the street visiting the close ones and even had time to take a midday swim. Absolute convenience. The hotel is also down the street from a little convenience store if you need any snacks or drinks that Hacienda doesn't carry. Definitely download Whats App before your stay so you can easily communicate with the concierge person taking care of you.

The property at first glance was great. It’s still under construction and things were missing as expected. Our room was very nice big and spacious. The main issues were with our room. First we went into our room and we could not find the AC control anywhere. I messaged Kimberly and got it pretty quickly. Then we could not close our door. It kept beeping as if it were open. We had to push really hard and the first 3-4 times it locked. Then we went out to explore but closing the door was impossible. My husband ended with the door handle in his hand. Again we messaged Kimberly and she said they were going to order a new lock. That meant we had to wait 2-3 hours. We did not feel safe leaving our door unlocked. We went to the pool and waited there. Finally we were told that the door was ready. We went back to our room to shower and while I was showering the water was turned off. Again we were told that it would take 10-15 minutes. By this time we had already missed a couple of activities we had planned. I wish were told that they were turning the water off to plan accordingly. The last thing that happened was water leaking from the sink. We saw it while getting ready and dried the area. Did not see it again so we left. The next morning we woke up to a puddle of water next to the side of the bed. My charger was on the night stand and the end was on the floor so it got wet and it stopped working. The water was closed to the bathroom wall. It was checkout time and left.
