Hotel Flores de Sal

Muy bonito hotel y muy buena atención. Solo aún no hay calle pavimentada para llegar.

Very well kept property. Enjoyed the shade by the pool and hot tub. The views are great and the room was perfect for our 2 night stay. Enjoyed the breakfast included and ate dinner by the pool one night. The food was very good and the Margarita was also delicious. The Staff was very nice and willing to help in any way. Look forward to returning!

Used to love this place but our last toe visits have been disappointing. Quality of service and cleanliness has gone down even though prices have gone up.

We've stayed at Flores del Sal three times over the past year. My first visit was genuinely enjoyable - the staff was welcoming, the price was fair, and the service matched the boutique charm the hotel promises. Unfortunately, the two subsequent visits have revealed a clear and disappointing decline in quality. Despite booking a higher-end room on both recent stays, the service did not reflect the premium price point. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best — the floors were visibly dirty, the balcony area appeared untouched throughout our stay, and basic cleaning standards just weren’t met. When we reported a maintenance issue with the room’s door, the staff dismissed it entirely. No follow-up, no solution. The final straw came at checkout, when the hotel kept our deposit, claiming there was a wine stain on the bed. Except we never brought wine into the bed. As a returning guests, we expected at least a reasonable conversation or the benefit of the doubt, but instead we were met with rigidness and blame. It’s disappointing to say this about a place we once really enjoyed, but Flores del Sal seems to be prioritizing higher prices over consistent service and customer loyalty. Unless there’s a shift in management or attitude, I don’t see myself returning.

Nos encantó

El hotel y habitacion estan hermosos, buen servicio igual de la gente. Mas sin embargo mis grandes problemas fueron que 2 de los 4 dias que estuve ahi no hubo internet y por alguna razon en la habitacion no llegaba la señal de telefono, por lo que teniamos que salir para recibir una o dos lineas y la otra cosa que no nos gusto es que hay una construccion alado del hotel (me imagino lo estan ampliando) pero el ruido es muy fuerte, a las 8 de la mañana ya no podiamos dormir del ruido. En general todo bien, habitacion limpia, personal amable y desayuno incluido! pero esas dos cosas si hicieron nuestra estadia un poco amarga.

Super cute! Would definitely book again. Food was delicious cooked by a lovely professional lady and staff were super friendly.

Very good
