Can't speak highly enough of Casa Miravalle! What a place! After a long week of travelling around Mexico, it felt like we'd come home. Excellent shower, clean, big beds, a separate TV room, beautifully set up apartment all in all. I wish we'd stayed here longer frankly. The gentleman at the front door was so lovely and let us store our luggage on the last day. We were travelling with our 2 year old and the close proximity to the parks, the restaurants, the convenience stores - all made for an amazing time. Thank you! We will come back!! P.s.: the construction next door is still ongoing and I suspect will keep going for months but it didn't bother us much (I guess we were normally up by the time the noise started in the mornings)

It was very affordable and staff was very friendly. There was construction work going on, which made the afternoon very loud, but if was manageable. Area was very approachable and safe for walking to dining and grocery options nearby.

Staying here was a nightmare. The property is advertised as air-conditioned, but only one bedroom has A/C which has a loud rattle. The other bedroom was a furnace with a broken fan. That bedroom is next to the so-called 'terrace 'where no one will ever sit because there is no view and there are gigantic air conditioning units for the whole building which emit a loud drone and made me physically nauseous, gave me a headache, and made it impossible to sleep. A helpful maid gave me a working fan and I kind of slept on the very uncomfortable couch in the kitchen which also had no A/C at a time when the outdoors was sweltering. We left this property in the middle of our stay to go somewhere else and the property did not make any effort to give us a refund. Though the property is next to a beautiful park, the area is extremely touristy and overpriced. Stay away.

Casa Miravalle is in a beautiful neighbourhood, located right by Parque México. The apartment is nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, and, despite its central location, surprisingly quiet. The staff working here were lovely as well.

The property is great and centrally located! It’s just a little noisy for light sleepers.

Perfectly located in Condesa right next to the park. Check in was smooth, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I was also able to store my bags after checking out. Rooms were clean, however my room did have a bedroom door that wouldn't close fully and a drawer that also wouldn't close. Slight maintenance would be recommended. Other then that was a nice place to stay for a few nights!
