La localisation est superbe.

Beaucoup d’économies de bouts de chandelles… vous payez 300 euros la nuit mais on vous demande de payer un supplément de 3 euros pour avoir du bacon dans votre omelette au petit déjeuner. Vous pouvez prendre un espresso au petit déjeuner mais pas deux. Nous l’avons signalé au management sans beaucoup de succès. Ce que j’ai trouvé le plus drôle / gênant, c’est lorsque nous avons demandé où était l’ATM le plus proche et que la réception nous a proposé de nous prêter du cash, moyenant un taux d’intérêt de 30% par jour… Bernard Madoff sous le soleil du Mexique 😂

Nos encantó el lugar, las instalaciones del hotel son preciosas, lindas, cómodas, todo esta pensado para ser cómodo y agradable a la vista. La limpieza del hotel también es muy buena respecto a piezas, el restaurante, etc. La atención del personal es excelente, son muy preocupados por uno, atentos a todo. La comida del restaurante, muy rica.

La verdad es que nos gusto todo, solo que al final de nuestra estancia, nos quedamos como una semana, la piscina estaba turbia.

The hotel is even more beautiful than in the photos. It is beautifully designed, calm, and feels secluded. The aesthetic, scale, rooms, context, pool, and vibes are perfect. It is comfortable and well kept. We saw whales everyday from our beach chairs, the night sky is magnificent, and the landscape around the rooms is stunning. Bed and pillows are comfortable and the staff are generally friendly and attentive.

This hotel has a way to go with their hospitality. The feeling you are being ripped off / taken advantage of with the price of food, transportation, and drinks. The hotel is only a 10-15 min ride from La Puenta (the town) but each taxi ride will set you $30CAD one way so you are left a bit stranded with the only restaurant and bar on the premises; so the hotel marks up the prices as much as they want. The food is good but overpriced. Arrange via WhatsApp with a local taxi company once where because it’s about 30-40% cheaper than their rate. For example a ride to the airport is closer to $500MXN one way vs $900MXN they offer. They also added things on our tab that we never ordered so check your bills carefully they even charged for breakfast coffee once which is technically included (no coffee in the room); Management removed the items with no question and apologized, but check anyway. The breakfast options are very very limited for the price you pay and little touches like a welcome drink or a happy hour would go a long way.
