Small, friendly hotel in a great location. The lobby area is very nice. Upstairs rooms are quiet ---- complementary parking about a block and a half away, I hope to stay again. There is a simple breakfast (eggs, toast, yogourt, coffee, fruits) served in the front reception area.

Everything was good -- maybe a bit more clarity on the booking page about which bedroom is which.

The location of the hotel was excellent, a short walk from the centre of the city. Communal areas of the hotel were nicely decorated

Free parking is not on site, it is a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast left much to be desired……. Stale sliced bread, watered down fruit juice, rubbery and cold scrambled eggs. Choice of breakfast was banana, yoghurt, sliced bread, scrambled eggs. Beverages were coloured water (fruit juice), water and milk. There was a stainless steel coffee pot available. Rooms although spacious were dark. My friend’s room didn’t have a window. No mirror in my room, apart from one in the bathroom. No other little extras such as tissues etc My understanding of Boutique hotels is that they have a unique design, a much more intimate atmosphere, and centre around small details. They all pride themselves on offering a bespoke experience, that is no two are really alike. This uniqueness, along with their size and location, creates a warm atmosphere that makes guests feel special. Neither my friend’s room didn’t nor I had this experience

I was a basic hotel, with very basic breakfast included.

Room had no window, so no natural light.
