A little to much stuff in the rooms

Upon arrival...The kitchen was infested with bugs in the sink and all around the baseboards in the kitchen., bugs were flying, , maybe termites ....they sent someone to clean up the bugs while we went out. The next morning bugs were again in the sink and a few at the baseboards...I cleaned them myself. Apparently no one had been on the property for a few days or they would have seen the bugs. The window valances were very dusty in the bedroom and somewhat dusty in the rest of the house....they needed a good cleaning There were only 2 small towel hooks in the bathroom for 2 towels so the towels stayed wet, no extra clean towels to dry off with. Bathroom shower control ( downstairs ) did not work well, almost fell off... needs a new one No shower upstairs, only a tub...should have checked that out beforehand so my fault on that. Outside patio made you feel like you were sitting on the street, out in the open , no privacy, needs some kind of privacy fencing.
