We loved the duplex, they only had 1 towel per person and no bath cloths.

The home was beautiful, great decor, comfortable and worked great for our family of 5. We were there to go to the theme parks, they were easy to get to from the home. Traffic was a little crazy, but I think we were all going to the same place at the same time! Thank you for letting us stay!

There is not enough space for my complaint, but I will be contacting BBB on this company, and canceling my credit card. Hotels.com should not be sponsoring this company, especially after all the complaints on BBB. I should have did my homework, but I went through hotels.com so I didn’t think I had to, but that’s my fault and it will Never happen again. I had to fill out a contract after paying hotels.com, like it was Fort Knox, so that was the first sign. Then they doubled billed me for the deposit “wonder vacation homes”, and when I told them, they said”sorry about that” very unprofessional. They sent several emails advising how much everything cost if something is missing or damaged, kinda like harassment. I felt un easy about that, and me and husband tip toed around the home for 7 days because we didn’t want any problems. Home had dead roaches on the floor after they told me I can check in early because property manager just checked the home. The down stairs had a foul order in it, and up stairs bathroom had a surprise waiting for us even though the toilet was wrap like it was clean, so at this point, I was going to give score of 8. Then we checked out and was sent a bill saying towels and floor was stained which is a complete lie, because that place was cleaner when we left. So I said let me go on the BBB because this sounds like a scam, and guess what, they have a “F”, so now I have to appeal to get my money back, I canceled credit card, the score is now 0
