Everything that a big family needs for a vacation, plus a great location

The owners hadn't paid the water bill so the water company came to shut off the water. Luckily we were at the house and the guy let me use his phone to call the management company but it was pretty stressful. The lighting was terrible, which I know is a minor thing but how hard is it to get light bulbs that are the same colour for island pendants. And it was limited, so it could either be bright, or dark. There wasn't enough seating for the number of beds, we couldn't all fit on the one sofa comfortably, which again is a minor thing but why do you have beds for up to 12 people and one sofa. Oh and there was something going on with the washing machine, every load of laundry came out dirtier than it went in, covered in some kind of fibre. It was weird. We went to the pool one day but there were no chairs, tons of space for chairs but every single chair or lounger was already out was taken. Luckily the water was freezing so no one wanted to stay anyway. Then after we left, they decided to charge me for cleaning a dirty grill we didn't use, they didn't just look at their records to see we couldn't use the grill because we didn't activate the service and deduce it was an oversight from the previous people... so I had to deal with that too. Two stressful management related situations in a matter of days. Anyway, the house was basic at best but visually nice. It was somewhere to sleep. If you book, take a towel, the ones provided are pretty small and I'm a US6.

Everything was above par

We were pleased with the amount of space and layout of the house.

We paid for 3 nights but didn't get the code to get into the property until the 2nd day. I was still charged for the entire stay. The house seemed to look very clean. However, we noticed several roaches when we checked in. Called to notify management of our issues and was left feeling like it was our problem. The response we kept hearing was it’s a new house and no bugs were present before. That statement seems to insinuate that the bugs came with us. However, the bugs were present as soon as we walked in. They were crawling all over the kitchen and downstairs bathroom floor. Very disgusting! We will never book a property with Wonder Vacation Homes again. We were left feeling ripped off with this experience. Also had to put down a $400 security deposit.

House is good, location is also pretty good

Had trouble with customer service when checking-in and also getting my deposit back

The house was clean and comfortable to travel with the family , very spacious.

Not enough supplies are given we had to go get Toilet paper, garbage bags and dish soap
