"sono stato in casa solo per riposare la notte ma la permanenza non è stata gradevole"

la posizione è eccellente, pieno centro, zona ben servita e ben frequentata, facilmente raggiungibile anche in auto (è presente un parcheggio a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze (...piuttosto caro).

persistente cattivo odore proveniente dal servizio igienico: evidente malfunzionamento dell'areazione della colonna montante che evacua le acque nere. Pessimo.
