Picking up the keys and dropping off was through a cafe at the ground level of the building; the cafe was very busy and had to queue at the bar to ask for keys pick up and drop off. Very difficult to find parking around town, I think a better explanation on where to enter/exit from the ZTL area would make it much easier.
