"Clean, convenient, with nearby parking; not far from major attractions."

Clean, compact, well designed apartment with small balcony; convenient parking directly opposite the apartment building; all major attractions within 20-25 mins walk. Friendly proprietor. I agree with their recommendation to try local food at Terranima restaurant (8 mins walk). Has decent sized fridge, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, etc.

The proprietor warns you about needing wifi on the phone in order to use the digital keys.
