Järvinäköala lähes käsin kosketeltava. Autotallipaikka talon kellarikerroksessa plussaa. Asunto siisti ja riittävän tilava neljälle. Avainten nouto ja palautus helppo. Juna-asema n. 1 km päässä. Junalla yhdellä vaihdolla Milanoon, alle 7 €/hlö.

Liikenteen ääntä hieman. Kylässä pieni kauppa, isompi Iperal muutaman kilometrin päässä. Vuokra-autoa kannattaa harkita, kävely kapeilla teillä riskialtista.

Wonderful setting with a fabulous view. It was spacious and had everything we needed.

The bathroom vanity was coming off the wall and the sink needed unblocking. The main bed was very hard. The air conditioner’s are very noisy.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment near Lake Como, just a short distance from Varenna. The views are absolutely breathtaking — truly unforgettable. The beach is just steps away, right under the windows, and most of the time it felt like a private spot — peaceful, quiet, and uncrowded. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge, surrounded by nature and the calming sound of the lake. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A truly special place in a stunning location — we would love to return one day!

Siis asunto rauhallisella paikalla. Mukava allasalue ja mahdollisuus uida järvessä. Ihana näkymä talon sisältä järvelle. Autopaikka parkkihallissa. Sänky oli kova italialaiseen tyyliin. Ihan lähellä ei ole muuta, kuin yksi ravintola, jossa ruoka ei ollut meidän mieleen. Autolla pääsee mukavasti esim. Varennaan, jossa kyllä hieman haastavaa saada autolle parkki. Kannattaa olla ajoissa liikkeellä.

The view and location were superb. The apartment and linen were clean. The agents for property are responsive.

One of the heaters leaked the whole time, even after calling for repair, so we had to keep it turned off. Also, there is a power load issue, whereby guests are told to turn the heating off to use kitchen appliances. If this had been disclosed upfront, we would not have stayed there. We were also given a remote key that didn't work properly so we were often stuck in the garage and the front gate as the battery was flat. We had to knock on a neighbour's door to let us out. The single beds upstairs had only a very thin blanket so I had to sleep with my clothes on to stay warm.

Quiet, comfortable, cozy, great view. We were able to pick up keyes in Lierna in a lockbox and leave in the apartment at check out. Great place to unwind and relax. Our group consisted of 4 adults and a 3 year old child. Our son had a blast throwing rocks in the water and playing in the lake. Wish we had water shoes as the beaches are rocky. We used swimming pool once (swim caps are required in the pool and were provided). Plenty of towels and soap. Would have been nice to have lawn chairs. People bring their own as property does not provide lawn chairs. Lierna town center was a 15 minute walk. We sometimes did the walk 2 times a day. We walked on main street even though it was a bit busy and does not have side walks. It is a doable walk. In town there is a Bar La Piazza that serves good food like pizza and pasta and amazing gelato place Gelateria Artigianale Al Pontile across the square owned by Luigi. He makes new flavors daily and it was the best gelato we had in Italy. Great family owned grocery store Il Buon Gusto with delicious homemade pastas, ravioli, focaccias etc. and a coffee place Sister’s Cafe. We loved the peacefulness of Lierna compared to touristy Bellagio or Varenna.

Air conditioner was a bit loud. WiFi was a bit weak. Could not find coffee pods to fit the coffee machine so we bought our own Moka pot.

The apartment was furnished very well, we had all we needed. The view invites to rest and recharge batteries (in your body, not the phone :) )

It was a pity that we had to drive to another village to return the keys. A bit of waste of time, would be great to be able to leave them on spot or in another place closer to the apartment.
