Elegant Atlanta Home - Self Check-in

Upon check in, there was a smell to the home. It smelled like mildew. The sofas were stained, several of the dining room chairs were unsteady and legs loose. There were broken blinds in the dining room and let’s not forget about the roaches in the home. The yard was not maintained, grass in the backyard was almost as tall as a toddler. The mattress in the primary bedroom was horrible, I sank to the middle of the bed. Please by all means stay away from reserving this property!

The property had multiple deferred maintenance issues. Most likely owned by a company out of market. Many of the light bulbs were not working. The downstairs thermostat was not working. There was lukewarm water for showering in the two bathrooms. The kitchen faucet leaked water excessively. The toilet paper dispenser was missing in the master bath. The light over the stove did not work. There was a hole in the roof on the front porch that allowed leaves and debris to fall straight through. roof leak stains in the guest bedroom upstairs on the ceiling. It didn’t appear that the air filters had been changed in months or over a year. The walls are beat up from abuse by Prior runners. The front and backyard have not been touched in months. There is trash in the front yard that has never been picked up overall, the house is not as represented on the website. It needs significant maintenance and upkeep.

Overall the stay was great! Property was spacious and clean. The furniture on the patio needs some cleaning. Also additional TVs within the property would be an awesome addition. Everything looked just like the pictures.

Spacious, functional.

Pretty house…very roomy….its a home away from home.
