La posizione qui è ottima e la vita è molto comoda.

La casa non ha l'ascensore, e con il passeggino è molto faticoso salire le scale. Le attrezzature sono vecchie, dei sei o sette telecomandi solo quello della TV funziona, quelli dell'aria condizionata sono tutti senza batterie. Inoltre, le pareti del bagno sono ammuffite.…

"Très central mais pas très fonctionnel et sombre."

L’emplacement et la vue sur la cathédrale. La localisation très centrale.

Le canapé du salon sale et pas confortable, plan de travail de la cuisine cassé, télécommande des clim, dysfonctionnelle. pommeau de douche cassé dans la plus petite des salles de bain. Insonorisation très faible. Les boutons des lumières non fonctionnel.

"Luci e ombre davanti alla cattedrale"

La posizione è davvero ottima. Davanti alla cattedrale di Genova, in pieno centro storico con porto e carruggi a due passi. Anche la casa è bella, si vede che c'è la mano di un architetto

Purtroppo ci sono un sacco di piccole cose che sono rotte o non funzionano: interruttori che non accendono nulla, luci che si staccano, una generale mancanza di piccola manutenzione che mi ha dato dispiacere: è davvero un appartamento notevole, ma sembra abbandonato a se stesso

"Perfecte locatie"

Perfecte locatie op het plein bij de cathedraal. Midden in het centrum .

Er is geen lift dus naar de 3e eerste met koffers is niet makkelijk. Maar dat is het enige minpunt. Hou daar rekening mee
