Milla Apartment überzeugt mit vielen schönen und hochwertigen Möbeln. Die Lage ist perfekt, ein kleiner Spaziergang ins schöne Brixen, aber auch sofort in der Natur…es ist so herrlich und ruhig hier gewesen! Alles ist perfekt!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😍

Alles in allem ein großartiger Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war sehr schön und sehr sauber - man ist direkt in der Natur und in ca. 10 Gehminuten in der Stadt. Es gibt einen Spa Bereich und eine kleine Fitnessecke im Keller, das Auto steht in der Garage. Es waren alle super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

First and foremost, the host has committed blatant racial discrimination against Chinese guests. As a pair of Chinese travelers, we checked in at around 8-9 PM, and from the very beginning, the host REFUSED to provide us with the electronic door lock password, despite our repeated inquiries through platform messaging—we received NO response at all. We were trapped outside and unable to open the main entrance door for TWO FULL DAYS of our stay, suffering extreme distress and inconvenience. This targeted refusal to provide basic check-in access, solely based on our Chinese nationality, is a clear act of racial discrimination, which directly violates Booking.com’s strict non-discrimination policy and European anti-discrimination laws. Secondly, the host has engaged in fraudulent, unauthorized deduction of security deposit and malicious false accusation. The host arbitrarily blamed us for normal wear and tear of the property, with NO valid evidence proving the damage was caused by us. Worse still, the host secretly charged €100 from our security deposit WITHOUT our knowledge or consent, which is outright theft and fraudulent behavior, severely violating Booking.com’s rules on transparent fees and deposit disputes. In addition, the host completely failed to fulfill basic accommodation obligations: We were forced to clean the entire property ourselves before check-out to avoid further false accusations, and even after cleaning, there was no available garbage disposal facility provided by the host, adding to our unreasonable trouble. We have collected complete evidence: pics of the dirty property before our self-cleaning, proof of unauthorized €100 deduction, and evidence of normal property wear and tear unrelated to us. This host’s discriminatory, fraudulent, and severely unprofessional behavior has caused huge mental distress and financial loss to us, and has seriously damaged Booking.com’s brand reputation and trust among global travelers.
