A lift would have been great!

Great location. Very comfortable and stylish.

I wish there had been a chair in each bedroom. I would have liked a reading lamp by each bed. The overhead lights were bright but it would have been nice to have lower lights. There were 49 stairs to the apartment so at the end of the day it was a challenge for seniors. The location was excellent. Great town for ambling.

This is a spacious apartment in an area that is short walking distance to everything. Prior to our arrival they sent us helpful info about Ortigia (restaurants, activities, etc.) Sergio made arrangements to welcome us and give us the keys. He gave great suggestions for where to eat as well. Our welcome included a box of goodies. The apartment was walking distance to shops are restaurants and a staircase to go into the water in Ortigia. It also had a terrace to use. Parking required a little bit of a walk but we were able to drop off our luggage first. There is a washer/dryer which was great since we packed light for our trip.

No elevator. Parking fees do add up. It would be nice it they could have registered our car to park in resident zones.

First small bathroom - shower was not clean. Lots of limescale on showerhead

Location was amazing right in middle of Ortigia so everything was walking distance. Great common area and nice big rooms.
