Primula Apartment by Wonderful Italy

I didn't like the fact that the appartment was part of an agency. All the communication was through whatsapp. They responded quickly but it didn't feel very personal. The agency itself was just around the corner but they didn't take the trouble to accompany us to the appartment at arrival. We had some trouble with the key and had to go back to the agency and only then an employe came along.

It was quite clean and central. Good quality for the money. People were responsive. WiFi worked. There were shampoo and soap.

-Hard to check in. You have to go to a separate place to take the keys, then go to the apartment. Self check in is needed. -Hot water was limited -Beds were uncomfortable -They asked for us to take the garbage out but they did not provide a garbage can access card

Nice and clean apartment, close to the main touristic attractions.

Very noisy, windows open towards a heavy traffic street. Forget about sleep. Still, we managed to get used to this inconvenience after 3-4 days.

The place was well situated, it was easy to navigate, and the agency in charge of the flat was incredibly helpful

The flat has bedrooms on the street which was particularly noisy. Everything else was great

Location was good. Fine equipped apartment. Easy check out - leaving the keys and colse the door.

There was A LOT OF noise from the street. It could be difficult to understand the English spoken by the people at Wonderful Italy. What to do with garbage? In the trashcan in the street - we could see that others had some kind of card opening the trashcan. We didn´t have at card.

The location was very good.

The apartment was clean but rather cold and characterless.
