"Not recommended"

Not many things. Easy to collect the keys. I liked the neighborhood too. Nothing else.

Almost everything. There was no parking which is insane for a place of 450 euros per night! The house was not clean - we raised the issue by sending photos and received a confirmation that they would take care of it - nobody came. Glasses were broken; however, they were placed in the closet as ready to use. The place was obviously closed and not used for months so it was cold and dusty. We paid more for services (60% of the price) that we actually never got. Nobody was there to welcome or explain anything about the neighborhood, city, etc. This is exactly what qualifies as easy money for people doing nothing.

"Very nice place"

Spacious rooms, good location, clean, elevator.

One of the extensible couches is on the floor and is not so comfortable. There is no lockbox for the key for late arrivals, and an appointment with the agent should be scheduled that is subject to fee based on arrival time.
