It was spacious and very nice the themed rooms were very beautiful we stayed on the resort before so we knew where the lazy river is and the restaurant.

The downstairs bedroom was warm. It took a lot too cool it down but they want the thermostat to stay at 72 we were texted every other day about maintenance which I felt should have been done before our stay. They said someone was coming to check the a/c and they NEVER showed said that it was a leak and it was emergency so we sat all day on vacation for nothing. The next time they texted they said pool maintenance just too much

The Villa was in the Perfect Location for all the Main Theme Parks. The Pool was lovely and the children's bedrooms and games room were nicely themed. The facilities in the Villa were perfect..

We had SEVERAL issues while staying here that were NEVER addressed and we kept getting the run around by the maintenance company Wonder Vacation Homes. TERRIBLE communication. Our oven didn’t work the whole time, the dishwasher had black mold that was caked on everywhere. The pool sticks in the garage for the pool table were broken. The pool light didn’t work so you could swim at night. The pool was leaking water and would lose a considerable amount of water daily. We kept putting the hose in it. The pool people that came by to clean the pool told us they have been telling the owner for a long time to fix the pool and they will not. We wanted the hot tub to work, but come to find out it is only a spa that will get warm and spill over into the pool and this is $40 a day. After requests to get this turned on, we never received a response. Cushions on outdoor furniture do not fit and you couldn’t even sit on the sofa. Toilet paper holders are falling off the wall. The TV in the king bedroom didn’t work the whole time! There was no way to restart it and no buttons on the actual TV. I messaged and called everyday of our stay and no one came to repair it. The last day of our stay upon check out I receive a text saying they are replacing the TV when we leave! After looking at previous reviews, the tv has been broken since October 2024 if not before! The pool light has been out since October as well! This is a terrible company to rent from and the owner should be aware of how they are managing their property. I also received an access code to use the resort pool and come to find out they no longer use codes and the homeowner has to pay for you to use the resort pool. If not, then you will have to pay! If they say it is included in your stay, make sure you get a receipt where they paid for this seperately and not just an access code! DO NOT stay here , pictures look great, but nothing will be fixed, repaired, taken care of if you have any concerns.

It was a beautiful home with lots of space. The pool was nice and it was close enough to the park but not to close.

I did not like that all the amenity’s cost extra. The hot tub wasn’t hot unless you paid extra to heat it. One of the bedrooms tv didn’t work, the sheets had stains, and ants were coming out of the bathroom sink. After emailing several times (because no one answered when trying to call) the only thing addressed was they dropped off some new sheets. The pool in the resort cost extra to use.

Amazing property Perfect size for our family absolutely loved the place all big rooms plus a play room and a big outside pool. Very Clean and spacious and has everything you need for your Florida holiday perfect once back from the parks or wanting a rest day we would definitely recommend and will be back next time we come for sure. It’s not far from all the parks and shopping mails supermarkets etc Owners on hand if need anything and always checking in to see if needed anything Well done guys Thank you

None everything was amazing

the property was really lovely. very spacious, clean and tidy except a few scuff marks on the walls which I’m sure we all have

there was nothing about the property that we did not like. the issue we had was with the wander home vacation staff on the messaging service. we have had no pool lights for the duration of our stay, a handy man was initially supposed to attend the Saturday following our arrival on the Thursday but didn’t. Then was advised Monday, when he did come we was advised it would need a specialist. no one came for the duration of our trip (2weeks). the tv in the master bed room upstairs did not work. this was supposed to be getting replaced and never was. had to sleep down stairs. the biggest issue was the messaging service going round d and round and no resolution. asked for complaints procedure and was advised to message on booking.com. this is not a complaints procedure. the final straw with wander home was calling the office regarding an extra stay due to hurricane Milton. there was no care or compassion over message or phone just wanted money . the last thing was the lady who answered the phone, she advised that she would put us through to the reservations team, instead of putting the phone on hold I could hear her laughing at her colleague regarding my British accent and the phone went office. called back and she stated she was not laughing but passing the call on due to her been Brazilian . to say I was and am disgusted is an understatement. never again will u use wanderhome vacation. but the villa and whoever owns it is amazing so thank you so much to them!
