decor nice and situated in a nice area, felt safe

carpets a bit worn and stained

Only thing I liked it was close to Disney. And I liked the quiet neighborhood.

The house needs pest control I killed several roaches in the house The first night when I pulled back the comforter there was a spider in my bed so I was very uncomfortable . We reach out via Email and never got any response! The House needs a deep cleaning as well the bathtub downstairs and upstairs had dirt rings around tub! Weird neighborhood, random people trying to video us , feels like we paid out hard earned money to go on Vacation to get watched! They didn't respond to any of our emails about the roaches and spiders ! They claimed to have a pull out couch upstairs, When we pulled out the so called bed There was no bed just pillows no bed so my daughter had to sleep on pillows, when there was supposed to be a pull out bed! They had people walking around trying to video us Then a random man shows up yesterday morning around 8:45 trying to force his way into claiming there was something broken, then he kept changing his story about what need to be done , feels like he was sent to watch us as well , why would they send someone to a house that is booked and has people in it ! Nobody told us someone was coming! We are very very disappointed with this Property! It runs down and needs to be cleaned properly and get rid of Roaches and spiders!

The property was in a great location in a gated community. The staff at the community were helpful and friendly! The pool area was amazing and roomy! The pool was clean and warm (we paid extra for pool heat). There was a pleasant walking trail right off of the property! The house was spacious and comfortable with nice decorations. The property management team was responsive and very helpful.

The Wi-Fi was not the best and our cell service did not work inside the house. The carpet upstairs was a little dirty. We wish there were certain things available for people traveling from out of state- coffee filters, extra garbage bags (only one included), salt and pepper, pool towels. The things you don’t think you need to buy or pack in a suitcase!
