Wonderful location, very responsive staff, clean and airy

Rubbish disposal was awkward. A little guide leaflet to the flat, map of Bologna would be helpful

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, άνετο διαμέρισμα για 4 άτομα,ευχάριστη διακόσμηση, όλη μέρα ζεστό νερό και καθαρό σε γενικές γραμμές.

Μας στεναχώρησε το γεγονός πως το δωμάτιο ενώ παρείχε δύο καφετιέρες espresso δεν υπήρχαν κάψουλες...Επίσης η θέρμανση δεν λειτουργούσε αυτή την περίοδο αν και υπήρχε λίγη ψυχρά εκείνες τις μέρες. Τέλος, τα παπλώματα ήταν χωρίς παπλωματοθηκη και κιτρινιασμενα...

Great communication with the hosts. Great shower pressure. Comfortable beds. Spacious. Well furnished and had all you needed. Everyone was happy here. The location was fantastic. Close to all the shopping and great restaurants.

Water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor. Could do with a full length mirror. Otherwise Great!.

En dejlig lejlighed tilbagetrukket fra hovedstrøg midt i Bologna. Enkel indretning med det hele. Aircondition så der var behageligt på meget varme dage.

Emplacement proche du centre, appartement très propre avec tout le nécessaire dont on a besoin

Dommage pour le bruit des conteneurs et des climatisations à l’arrière de l’immeuble (très peu gênant mais présent) mais rien avoir avec l’appartement :-)

Mi spiace, ma lo staff è stato molto sgradevole.....abbiamo chiamato per avvertire che avremmo fatto più tardi per via di un traffico intenso sull autostrada....la risposta è stata questa..."Non avete rispettato l orario stabilito e ora aspettere perché abbiamo altri appuntamenti"....Poi ci hanno.chiamato più volte perché volevano (ancora prima di prendere possesso dell appartamento) la tassa di soggiorno, inoltre ci hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia 2 volte mentre si discuteva al telefono....PECCATO, un occasione persa x queste persone che rovinano le strutture in affidamento....ps: se lasciate la macchinetta del caffè, lasciate anche le cialde giuste.....da noi si dice...."a cart e musica mman e cecat"

Casa perfetta, bella, luminosa. Dotata di ogni confort e pulitissima. Estremamente sicura e centralissima.

The location was excellent for the busy streets

The location of the property cannot be better - right in the centre and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Train station relatively close too. Property is finished in a very modern, welcoming style. All basic requirements are provided. Inside common area to reach the apartment is also extremely fashionable and welcoming and very safe. The fact that the apartment has 2 TV sets is an added bonus.

Apartment Floor was not 100% clean since dust could be felt on our feet. Shower carpets were not provided even though they were requested on our 2nd day.

Nice host that was easy to communicate with. big apartment close to the main square.

The bed was very hard, door didn't properly lock at the bottom. The guest before us hadn't really done the dishes properly.
