Casa molto grande con camere e bagni spaziosi. Cabine armadio capienti. Terrazzo con barbecue per bellissime grigliate estive con vista laghetto. Cucina dotata di ogni comfort: stoviglie, pentole, ciotole e molti elettrodomestici utili come macchina caffè e tostapane. Molto comodo anche avere una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Check in veloce con codice della casa. Assistenza ottima: ho avuto un problema con il tritarifiuti che ha smesso di funzionare e il giorno dopo sono venuti subito a sistemarlo. Molto comoda anche la raccolta quotidiana della pattumiera.

Consiglierei di mettere asciugamani piu' grandi per la doccia o meglio ancora accappatoi. Sarebbe bello avere anche qualche gruccia in piu' negli armadi e magari le istruzioni per gli elettrodomestici. Il forno ad esempio non sono riuscita ad accenderlo. Televisore sprovvisto di applicazioni per poter vedere piattaforme di canali e film italiani.

The location was perfect! Close to the theme parks, restaurants, and shopping. The gated community felt safe and family friendly. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Honestly this is hands down the best place that we have stayed while visiting Orlando.

Pool closed a little early for the kids liking, that's all.

We liked the space. Every room had an en-suite bathroom, which was really nice. There was good square-footage with lots of seating.

Ubers had a hard time navigating to the front of our door to pick us up. No wash clothes were included, and there was no conditioner or extra toilet paper. It was posted in the space that there was sufficient hygiene products for the length of the stay, which is an odd thing to post as it doesn’t take into account emergencies and whatnot. There were ants and drainage problems in one of the bathrooms.

The stunning home and the ideal location for all the places to eat and shop.

Just wish there were more toiletries and towels for the length of time that me and my guest stayed. I didn't want to wash clothes on vacation.

Location, piece and quiet was what I wanted

The location is great for Disney trips and grabbing food nearby. Also it was very quiet and peaceful while staying here. Kitchen was very big and open for people to gather around. Liked that all 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom with additional bathroom at entry. Liked that trash was collected each day.

I did not like all of the messages from management. All directions and rules should be provided up front and then let people enjoy their stay. To keep getting texts and emails about being charged fees if we do something incorrect was very off-putting. Additionally there were signs all over the house about if you lower temp below 72 and AC breaks there could be a fee, if you stop the toilet there could be a fee, etc. With all of that it really didn't make us feel at home. AC worked well downstairs but upstairs with AC set to 72, it was still on warm side. There was no consideration or attempt on early check in. Only was told if early check in is available, they would let us know. Cleaning crew literally finished place at check in time.
