"No parking and no hot water for the entire stay!"

There was no parking. Our host said where we parked, we would at most get a parking ticket. We were towed within an hour of parking and had to spend 254€ to get our car back. We spent our whole day in Italy trying to find our car!! And then the apartment had no hot water so we couldnt even wash the horrible day off of us!
