Muy bien situado, en pleno centro de Torino.

Poca luz natural.

L appartamento è pulito confortevole, unico neo non ci sono finestre o aperture che danno all' esterno, i due balconi che sono anche l ingresso dell' appartamento, si trovano all' interno della corte e si notte tocca tenerli chiusi, per il resto la posizione è centrale e l appartamento è bello.

La colazione non era prevista e non c'era nulla.. La posizione era veramente ottima.

Mancava il coprimaterasso e i copri cucini.

Ottima posizione. Struttura residenziale moderna all'interno di un contesto storico. Personale disponibile. Monolocale piccolo ma pulito.

Mancanza di tende, in modo tale da poter aprire gli scuri e/o la porta finestra per fare entrare luce e far circolare l'aria mantenendo la privacy. Una piccola mensola nel box doccia potrebbe essere utile.

Eu fico até com vergonha de colocar comentário negativo. Sou uma pessoa muito tolerante. Mas esse apartamento merece Pra começar quando você entra são quatro portas tudo com código e chave super difícil de encontrar parece um labirinto não tem vista para nada , é nos fundos . E não tem nenhuma privacidade em relação aos vizinhos Uma moça super jovem foi nos atender para fazer o check-in Ela nem sabia o código do ar-condicionado Sim o ar-condicionado precisa de um código é a coisa mais ridícula que eu já vi na minha vida Hoje seria o check-out, pois mandei uma mensagem pra ela umas 9h00 da manhã agora 22h00 até agora a menina não respondeu Pois então liguei para o Booking porque estava fazendo muito calor . E no anúncio dizia que tinha ar-condicionado E também nada foi resolvido . Moral da história eu e o meu esposo dormimos no carro com ar-condicionado ligado É um verdadeiro absurdo . O proprietário não responde mensagem e nem ligação e deixe uma pessoa irresponsável fazer o seu próprio trabalho. De quem é a culpa? eu não sei, minha que não é ! nós fomos somente enganados. No final nem sabia que ia fazer com a chave Então deixei a chave dentro do apartamento e sair Porque eles não respondem.

location is fine

CHECK BEFORE BOOKING its my own mistake i didn't took the previous review into account as the same happened again. First of all there is a 20 EUR fee for late check in after 20h, which in era of automatic check in is horrendous but lets say ok to that, i agreed at 20 :30 to meet the representative for the check in, at 20:29 received a message will be late 10/15, to finally show up at 21:00. (yes the person was nice and apologized but I didn't cared really at that point more) The "guidelines of the apartment" also state that you need to wash your own dishes, empty all the trash and sort out and etc, i would assume it would be the best that i just sent the money and didn't show up so they don't need to do much at all. Also like mentioned before there is no possibility to adjust the heating in the place, but only to contact the company which is also out of this world, as assume texting them at 23h when it gets really hot inside would charge me maybe late texting fee. Overall the location is fine, but the place itself doesn't have taste, mixed with colors and furniture that are completely mismatched.

The apartment itself is extremely nice, with modern furnishings and appliances. It is also in a fantastic location.

Unfortunately, this apartment is managed by the most unprofessional and rude agency we have ever experienced in years of travel. Here are the most relevant negative points: - Cleanliness: when we arrived the apartment was extremely dirty - food crumbs on the floor, dust everywhere (it seems they have never cleaned under the bed), dirty dishes/glasses in the cabinets. They offered to send a cleaner on the second day, but we had already cleaned it ourselves. - Air Conditioning: they did not want to give us access to the air conditioning. They said we would need to send them a message to change the temperature when we wished. We had to call Booking two times to solve the issue because they said the owner wouldn’t give access to it. When Booking forced them to give us access, we saw that the temperature was set higher than what we were told on the phone, proving that they blatantly lied about adjusting the temperature for us. - Customer service: every interaction with the agency, from check-in to check-out, was rude and unapologetic. They made us schedule a specific check-in time then arrived late and did not apologize (instead gave us a sarcastic response about not being very late). They did not apologize for the filthy apartment, nor for the refusal to grant us access to A/C. Their support hours are minimal - they start at 10 am, break for lunch, then are available until 6:30pm. When we called after hours support we were met with a rude employee who did not seem to understand the setup of our apartment and was unwilling to help in any way, telling us to wait until the next day.

Fin beliggenhed men mangler/fejl ved lejligheden. Kraftig støj fra ventilation 12 timer dagligt på badeværelset. Mangelfuld service. Udvendig balkon var ikke rengjort.
