"Numai am cuvinte"

Paturile și răcoarea, datorită aerului condiționat.

Foarte multe gălăgie, datorită geamurilor care nu se închid bine, în bucătărie gândaci vii și morți, scurgerea de la duș nu funcționează etc

"Very good value for price, spacy, close to train station, but unfortunately with cockroaches"

Perfect location for travellers using train (3 min from central train station). Calm neighborhood giving impression of being somehow neglected.

In the apartment during our 3rd day of stay we faced with living cockroaches. We inquired cash refund for that from booking eventually being forced to use chargeback procedure via bank.

"Great Location but Pest control is an issue."

The location

This place gets 1 star and that's for location alone, the place is in dire need of some TLC, when we entered the appartment it was full of mosquitos aswell as a load of dead ones squashed on the walls(should have taken this as sign) the sheets on the beds felt like hospital disposable sheets, very pilly and not at all comfortable, the extra spare pillow had stains and hair on it, the shower was clogged, we had to keep stopping the shower to let it drain! But worst of all was the cockroaches and bugs in the kitchen, opened the kitchen cutlery draw and there was a massive one climbing over the cutlery aswell as a dead one in the fridge it really wasn't very pleasant we avoided cooking anything in the apartment. Based on the cleanliness I wouldn't stay here again.

"Location is good yet they need to work better on the cleanliness of the place including pest control and to use inviting"

Location was good, it’s literally 5-7min walk to the central station, 20 min to Pisa tower…

The main thing was that we found cockroaches in the freezer and on the fridge door ( big ones ) the beddings weren’t very inviting or looked clean, we weren’t provided with extra towels (despite requesting it during the check in 2 days before our arrival) even toilet paper only one extra role was provided (we were a group)
