La Casa del Sarto in Perledo

No AC this is not acceptable for a warm region. Bedroom beds were too soft, but the futon was great. The next door building youngsters came home after midnight and continued partying, but since we had to keep windows open to somewhat cool the room it was hard to sleep.

The place was very convenient close to the train station and to the port. It was a very secured place. Well equipped for the family. It would be handy to have some tea or coffee on arrival, otherwise it was a good stay.

We really liked the apartment and the location to the train station, ferry and the walkway was great. Having the kitchen and a store at the corner made breakfast and a few meals quite nice.

The only downside was the people traffic going and coming from the train station. The trains were fine but the rolling luggage and talking goes right by your place. Once you adjust to its fine but to be aware.

Wonderful location away from the hustle and bustle of shops and restaurants and close to the train station. Modern apartment felt safe and secure. Loved the bar shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. The staff at Varenna Holidays were sweet and helpful, and even stored our luggage for free!

The location is a bit noisy due to the proximity of the train station and a restaurant/market. It would have been nice to have facial tissue and paper towels in the apartment. It was a little disconcerting that it was so easy to blow an electric fuse. A nice bonus would have been to stock the apartment with tea bags, coffee pods, and creamers. Most other places we have stayed at do provide that.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this apartment in Varenna! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the ferry, making it super easy to explore other beautiful towns around Lake Como. The apartment itself was spacious, furnished, and had everything we needed. We especially loved having a balcony with a nice view, and the washing machine was a huge plus for a longer stay. The place was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals. All in all, it was the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!

Great location, great facilities - staff were very friendly and accommodating

No air conditioning made it difficult at night times to sleep - however a fan was provided as a solution.

Location was key! 2 mins from train station, 2 minutes to the lake, ferry and the Main Street! Apartment was super clean and had everything in order. Would totally recommend to families & groups
