Appartamento Rosmarino In The City Center

The apartment is very well located, right in the center of the city. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. If you have children, there’s also a park with playground equipment close by. The main beach is only about a 10-minute walk away, which was a big plus. The management company was also very helpful — they provided plenty of useful information and good support throughout the stay. Although the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, this wasn’t a major issue for me since I visited at the end of August when the weather was mild.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean. The floor had a black dust that made it necessary to wear slippers inside. Sleeping in the living room was difficult because the window didn’t have blackout curtains, so it was extremely bright in the morning. The listing mentioned parking, but this actually refers to street parking, which was sometimes hard to find near the apartment. Access was also a challenge — there is a very steep staircase leading up to the apartment, which made it stressful for me since I was traveling with a child. On top of that, the waste disposal system was a bit confusing. Altogether, these issues made it hard for me to fully relax during the stay.

Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma solo dei ventilatori..soprattutto nelle camere si soffre tantissimo il caldo anche se si dorme con il condizionatore puntato addosso tutta la notte

Posizione centrale

Divano letto scomodo, mancanza di persiane in cucina e soggiorno dove è posizionato il divano letto. Scalinata di circa 10 gradini prima di arrivare nelle stanze dell’appartamento.

The apartment is very well laid out,very comfortable, and very nicely decorated. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, market etc. Staff from Happy Rentals were very pleasant to deal with and responsive to our queries.

The apartment was advertised as having WiFi but there was none there. We contacted the representative from Happy Rentals and she sent a WiFi modem to us. The apartment has no air-conditioning! An apartment this expensive, in a very warm climate where the temperatures reaches more than 30 degrees should definitely have air-conditioning! Right outside the front door on the public footpath, there is a broken drain cover. This is obviously not the owners fault but a hazard for those with children or an adult that might forget it is broken. I would check with Happy Rentals before you book if it has been repaired.
