Casa MaLù

Very spacious and well appointed property. The view of the Straits of Messina and the water traffic was breathtaking. The property was very clean and our host supplied us with the ingredients for a light breakfast.

There is little in the way of restaurants or attractions within walking distance. There is a tram station however just down the street which we took to the great Regional Museum ( don’t miss the two Caravaggios) in one direction and the Duomo area in the other.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view… a great location, within walking distance of grocery stores, specialty food shops and quaint coffee shops. Aialnesh was an excellent host in every way!

The location was excellent the apartment was very clean and comfortable the host met us showed us through the apartment and also went out of his way to drive us to a local restaurant and drive us back 10 out of 10 we will be back again

Our stay was not long enough

good location and met by the manager even though we were later than expected for which I apologised

website said car parking available but there was no secure car park - it was out on the street all night. website said breakfast included - it consisted of 2 very small fruit juices, no normal tea just ginger tea, and breakfast was the small packets of very crisp dried biscotti and some jam. so very disappointing especially coming from Casa Malu where we had a lovely buffet breakfast

This is my second time staying at this lovely home. Everything is perfect here, friendly hosts, amazing view of the sea and ships and very clean rooms.

Fantastic view of Messina and Italy across the sound. Beautiful apartment and fittings. Very comfortable lounge and bed, great shower. Host was very helpful. The lift was a bonus. One of the best places I've ever stayed in in Europe.

Would have been nice if it was away from a main road.

very nice appartment. everything technically 100 % and very clean, 3 well functionjng airco’s, nice terrace with spectacular view over street of Messina en all its shipping. from sailboats to ferries and from bulk carriers to cruiseships. ferries dock really close, so,lots of actvity, but also the noise that comes with that. at night quet. about 10 minutes walk to the old centre. for beach you need about 10 minutes by car. we enjoyed it and owner is helpful.
