Verona Suites and Rooms

Great value for money, clean, good location

Was missing utensils like fork, spoon, plate etc. also missing tissues, only one toilet paper roll was left, barely any shower gell

Cosy room, extra clean, quiet place, location is perfect if you arrive by train

Missing accessors in the bathroom - for towels, to put the shampoo under the shower

Elena was very friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. She was very polite, and let us do an early check-in as well as asked us if we needed anything more during our stay, like changing the towels. Always willing to help, always with a a smile. The room is well kept, has a well-functioning a/c which was very much needed during the hot days of August, and a small fridge that was perfect for some fruit and water. Also, the shop Elena suggested (Buongiorno) which is 200m away, has excellent focaccia and anything you might need for your stay (like a shampoo, some body lotion or snacks). The bathroom is spacious, with good water pressure and a bidet. The view to the garden next door is also wonderful. The city center is 15 mins away by foot, through Porta Palio, a really nice walk. The city was safe during the night, at least in this area.

The only thing I would perhaps mention here, is adding a warning for the guests/staff to respect the quiet hours, perhaps in the instructions and with a card in the room. We mentioned this issue to Elena, and she was kind and helped us with noisy neighbors.

Exceptionally tidy room with perfect view. It was fully equipped even with flip flops and espresso capsules as a welcome surprise. Elena was always available to help us with whatever we might need. The room was in a location quite close to Verona center (15 min beautiful walk between trees and old buildings) or with bus about 5 min. Central railway and Main Bus station (Porta Nuova) is also 15 min by foot close. It was our first experience with Italy and we fell in love with Verona, so Elena see you soon again!

The comfortable suites were very spacious and clean as pictured. We had everything we needed. Loved how close it was to Gloria cafe for coffee and pastries!

Building is a little rough looking on the outside. But maybe because it paled in comparison to the building next door. It wasn’t obvious how to open gate to exit the facility, didn’t know we had to push the button by the front door.

Comfortable room located near the railway station not too far from the old city center.

We did not manage to open the window shutters, the room was a bit dark.

Everything was great, the house is clean, close to the train station.
