Nice , well equipped apartment , easy communication with the host .

Great location if you want/need to be close to Verona Porta Nuova. Nice room and bathroom, comfy bed, everything you need for a short stay :-) Also recommend going to „Il Mangiabottoni“, an inclusive restaurant around the corner.

If we’d stayed longer in Verona, we would have probably stayed somewhere more central. For a short stay or a less touristy spot, it’s a great spot!

No toiletries provided in the bathroom which was surprising for the price. We couldn’t leave our bags for a couple of hours the next day

New and well appointed.

This was a fabulous apartment, very spacious and comfortable with a fabulous shower, comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The kitchen area is simple but there is a small hob, coffee machine & kettle with a few little provisions for your use. Plenty of crockery but nowhere to stack wet dishes. Very quiet apartment, we were in apt 5 and it was perfect; on the side of the building, so no noise whatsoever. All the windows have electronic blinds to block out light, heat and noise and these worked perfectly. The airconditioning was a great bonus too. Initially we couldn't find parking outside and Elena kindly allowed us to use the private garage, usually for a small fee of 10 euros a day, excellent value for a city. Later in the evening we found free parking right outside the apartment and Elena kindly did not charge us for the parking for the 6 hours we used the garage. It is a 15 minute walk to central Verona through interesting streets and areas, go and explore the fort inside Parco delle Mura, a hidden gem of a Victorian fort. Elena was extremely proactive, friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and even allowed us to check in two hours earlier, thank you Elena. A real pleasure to stay here. We will certainly return when next in Verona.

Instructions for access and having to upload your passport prior to arrival and complete an on-line form; a bit bothersome when you are travelling. There are no instructions about what to do with your rubbish, so we had to leave it in the bin under the sink. I guess this is how it works in this particular apartment.

Our favorite stay of our entire trip in Italy! Traveling with our 2 year old and it was a spacious, clean, and comfy place for all of us. We had the entire apt to ourselves, and it was nice to have a full kitchen available to cook. The host was very responsive via whatsapp and left us with a map and recommendations. 10min walk from the train station and 20-30min walk to city centre. Convenient to have a supermarket 5min away and Gloria's Pasticeria is a must-try for amazing desserts. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Check out time is a little early at 10am, but we just left our bags in a luggage locker at the train station while we explored the city before having to catch our train.

Clean, good location.

Nothing comes to mind. Just remember that the floor you enter is the ground floor, not floor 1.

Clear check in instructions. Very near to city center. Parking facility was plus for me. Apartment has all amenities.
