Layout of the condo.

This resort is kept up very nicely and was not crowded. The beach and pools are great. The unit we stayed in had plenty of room for our party of 5.

Loved location. Condo needed to be cleaned more floors were gross. Lock on door had mind of its own. Overall a great place to stay.. Had to rewash towels they smelled..

The property has been well maintained. It had all of the amenities that could ask for. The pools were awesome and location perfect 😊

Great vacation. The Condo was great, the bedrooms are nice, the bathrooms are good. Good water pressure, easy to use entry code system. Vtrips was very responsive and easy to work with when I accidentally deleted the email with my info on arrival. Overall I have zero complaints.

This was a great stay overall, I would stay again! We had many conversations about how ideal the condo would be for a long term stay. The view is amazing, with a very convenient location. This would be a perfect stay in warmer weather (we stayed during Christmas). Even with cool temps we enjoyed the heated pool and beach. The condos couldn't have been closer to the water, which is very nice not having to hull small kids far. It is a small enough set of condos that it was homey and not overwhelming large. The unit was well supplied for our 3 night stay. Plenty of towels and comfortable. The room with bunks was a bit tight, but worked for the 3 nights. Kitchenware was better quality than the avearge, which was great for us. The Disney plus was nice to have for the small kids during poor weather over the holiday. And finally, plenty of towels, comfortable furniture in good condition and a washer/dryer all helped make this a great place to stay.

We arrived 15 minutes before our check in time and called to make sure we had the right code. We were assured yes, only to wait the 15 minutes for the code to be active and it wasn't correct. This warranted another call and 3 different codes to try. We eventually got it and that was fine. But then 10 minutes later we had to call for a 3rd time upon arrival because only 1 parking pass had been left. This was disappointing because we had responded to at least 3 previous emails to confirm the number of cars we'd bring. This was not a great start, but we were very thankful for the quick and prompt service provided over the phone on Christmas day. The shower in the hallway handle was basically unscrewed which we found odd. Nothing a screwdriver we carry in our car couldn't fix, but still strange to be welcomed to such a nice place with a pricey enough rate, these things should be managed ahead of our stay. Some light bulbs were out, again, that is fine...just unexpected.

I cant say enough about this property. It was perfect! The location was perfect, it was very lcean and every part of the condo was comfortable and easy to use/ access. When I needed something they got back to me immediately. Highly recommend!!!
