Lage. Geschäfte in der Nähe für Lebensmittel Einkaufen. Wandern gleich vor der Tür. Sauber, nett eingerichtet, Starterkit für Haushalt auch da.

Putz löste sich teilweise vom Plafond.

Non agevole il check in: la procedura prevederebbe di ritirare le chiavi al Sestriere, abbiamo fatto notare che non era indicato nella descrizione e si sono prestati per venire a consegnarle e ritirarle

The apartment looks like the pictures, but there were a few inconveniences. Firstly, it smelled of cigarettes for the whole 6 days, which gave me a headache. We were left with 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 dishwasher capsule for 6 days, as well as 1 bin bag. The bed started squeaking at the slightest movement after 2 nights of sleep. The floors had not been cleaned completely, there were small stones on them, and there were food remains under the bed as well as a dirty sticky patch. The kitchen shelves were also not cleaned properly, one of them had a wine stain on it. Also electricity went out about 4 times, even though we hadn't turned on much of anything. We tried to contact the 2 people in charge of the apartment and they both did not reply, one was on holiday and the other did not read the messages.

Very cozy, newly renovated, nicely decorated, well equipped, clean , quiet, had everything we needed (and more). Nice location, near bus stop and tourist information. The staff at Happy Rentals (Roberta) were so friendly and helpful. As it was our first time in the area we really appreciated all their help and advice. Would highly recommend this property, we had a great time.

The entrance to the building maybe looked a bit dated but the flat itself was very nice.

Accommodation is comfortable but a balcon misses.
