Location
Beds were really bad. Newer saw something like that. You, Could not connect two peaces from the same Sofa/Bed. There were 2 separate parts from the same bad that could not be connected and made into one, so a familly can sleep on it.

Good location, veru close tot the sea, good parking place, 1st floor is ok
Problems with the rails of the balcony, the hot water boiler was turned off and no sign or label or intructions about how to ensure warm water. The beds were not as described or the pictures, there was not a sofa bed, bu two single beds, beds very unconfortable and old. The electrical system was very bad, if you plugged in a hair dryer the power went down.
