The Retro Retreat is close to downtown and helped with travel time. The house was stocked with the basic necessities to cook breakfast and dinner. It was a very nice change from being cramped up in a hotel room with a family of 6.

The area was questionable not too far from the house. The house itself was good and had security cameras but no access to be able to see outside or a peep hole in the door.

the cottage was cute, really nice and comfortable.

It could've used a hand railing because my mom is 86 but we managed and it didn't interfere with our stay. it could use more comfortable pillows. the trees in driveway scratches your truck if you have a truck

How aesthetic everything was on the inside and the security system available

I didn’t like the furniture (beds) as it was a bit creaky and leaned a lot. Specifically the back door I didn’t like as it had a loose handle and weak frame. Finally I didn’t like the cleanliness, as far as I could tell the house was very clean but cockroaches were seen at times, especially in the trashcan outside.

I loved everything on the inside it was very cozy.

I just didn’t like that I could hear the neighbors outside talking while I was trying to sleep. Which I know is uncontrollable but I still enjoyed my stay the comfortable bed still put me right to sleep.

This home is one of the best we've ever stayed at! The layout of the home is great - it has plenty of common area living space, a beautiful and fully functional kitchen, and dining area. The bedrooms are split for privacy (the main bedroom is in the rear of the home and the other 2 bedrooms are down a shared hallway in the middle of the home). The beds are very comfortable, the linens are nice and soft. The home is decorated beautifully and was SUPER clean! The wifi works well, and there are nicely sized smart TVs in each room. The home is conveniently located to everything we needed (only about 15 minutes to Lackland AFB and 10 minutes to Riverwalk). We had absolutely NO complaints! We will definitely stay here again when we're in San Antonio!
