Die Lage ist gut da fußläufig zum Strand. Der Wohn Essbereich ist großzügig vom Platz.

Die Duschwand war sehr bedürftig mit Vorhang "repariert" so dass das Wasser trotzdem aus der Dusche gelaufen ist. Das Klo war nicht richtig geputzt, bzw. die Klospülung dürftig, so dass das Klo sehr schnell nach Urin gestunken hat. Die Polster der Couch waren sehr dreckig und gehören dringend gereinigt. Mit der Klimaanlage lässt sich die Wohnung kaum heizen wenn es draußen kalt ist. Der obere Stock des Hauses lässt sich nur von draußen begehen, so dass es sich eigentlich um getrennte Wohnungen und nicht um ein Haus handelt. Der Außenbereich liegt direkt vor der benachbarten Hotelanlage so dass Hotelgäste vom Balkon aus ins Bad sowie auf die Terasse schauen.
