Communication with Wonderful Italy was poor. Only automatic replies were received, and follow-up questions were not answered. There was no proper introduction to the property. It was unclear how to open gates and doors. No door code was sent in advance of arrival. Check-in had to be done online, and the instructions were sent again during the journey. The apartment had a strong sewage smell — very bad odor — and we had to buy products to fix it, which only helped after three days. There were live lizards inside the apartment, which could potentially carry salmonella. There were also mosquitoes inside the apartment upon arrival, which could have been taken care of in advance. The shower screen was not good. The key for the car gate only worked from the outside, and we had to figure this out by climbing. One chair was of low quality and broke while sitting on it, which caused an small injury.

Vi hade bokat 5 nätter, men vi kom inte in första natten så vi fick bo på hotell. Wonderful Italy hade väldigt långa svarstider. Dom sa att vi inte hade svarat på någon policy, men det hade vi gjort. Dom sa att de skickat koden till nycklarna i en fil. Men den kunde jag jag inte öppna i min telefon, så vi hade ingen kod när vi kom fram till huset. Dom sa att det hade agenter som svarade på kvällen, men ingen svarade. Vi ringde under 2 timmar på kvällen och försökte få kontakt. Det var då vi gav upp och fick boka Hotell. Nästa dag svarade de i telefon och då fick vi koden så att vi kunde kunde komma in i huset. Wonderful Italy verkade helt ointresserade av händelsen och om vi kom in i huset eller inte.

Although we had a short stay, it was worth it. The accommodation is literally a three-minute walk from the nearest beach, you can walk to other beaches in 7-10 minutes, we recommend Pittulongu, it is longer than the others. Everything in the apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but we did not cook, because we paid for local food in cafes and restaurants. We only used the capsule coffee machine, which was also a nice bonus. A stunning view opens from the large terrace. There were no problems with hot water, towels were also clean. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The apartment has 2 air conditioners, in the living room and in the bedroom, which is very necessary in the hot season. We had a late check out and were allowed to check out at 2:00 PM without extra charge. We are very grateful for that. Thank you for a nice vacation. Sardinia is wonderful!

To use the hair dryer, charge the phone, etc., you need an adapter for the outlet. there was an adapter, but a wire constantly falls out of it. I think homeowners need to buy a new outlet adapter.
